We offer training that addresses outcome-driven project management (ODPM) and the use of Bestoutcome PM3 software. The objectives and structure of the course are set out below:

Course Objectives: At the end of the training session, attendees will be able to:

Describe and understand the principles of ‘Outcome-Driven Project Management’ (ODPM) and begin to apply the principles within PM3.
Use PM3 to create, maintain, report, link and manage portfolios, programmes and projects
Courses cover ODPM’s value drivers with a particular emphasis on how PM3 supports the project and programme manager.
Training techniques include classroom presentations, case studies and individual and syndicate exercises.

Courses can be held at your offices or at a training centre.
