Automating risk/issue management
PM3 maintains risk and issue registers for projects and uses RAG traffic lighting to flag late and ‘at risk’ risks and issues. It has a unique facility to ‘promote’ critical risks and issues thereby ensuring greater visibility and keeping Senior Management focused on the Big Picture.
Risks are prioritized using either a 3x3 matrix or a 5x5 matrix.
Risks and issues can be sorted and searched across project portfolios and individual team members can log on to PM3 and see the risks and issues that they have been allocated .
