Project Governance
Programme and project status reporting
PM3 maintains a standard set of project governance reports that help drive consistency of reporting across the organisation. It also maintains a set of objectively-defined project delivery status indicator RAG traffic lights.

The problem in most organisations is that traffic light reports are subjective which then gives an inconsistent view across projects. With PM3, each traffic light for each status indicator has a measurement attached resulting in an objective assessment of traffic light reports.

PM3's easy-to-use graphical interface applies RAG colour coding throughout its screens to show the status of projects and programmes. For example when viewing a business change programme hierarchy consisting of multiple programmes and projects each node is colour-coded according to its RAG status.
