PM3 for Health
Because of our extensive work in the health sector, PM3 has been specifically tailored to the needs of Health. It supports Prince and the 5x5 risk matrix.
PM3 has been successful in the health sector partly because of its ease of use and ability to plan projects as a series of outcomes. Benefits management and project accounting have been specified by our health clients. PM3 has been extensively used by the Health sector to set-up PMOs that control the benefits and spending on both IT and non-IT projects.
