PM3 Elements - the essential PM3
PM3 Elements is a simplified version of our full PM3 Project and Portfolio Management product. It provides necessary (and often sufficient) project management functionality to the Project Manager and PMO who does not need the sophistication of our full product.
PM3elements allows you to create, maintain, report and manage projects, including:

- Project roles and responsibilities definition
- Project milestone planning
- Project milestones responsibilities matrix
- Risk and issue management and reporting
- Progress reporting
- Delivery status reporting
- Project Dashboard
Project Managers and PMOs who need more sophisticated control, including, for example, programme management, portfolio management, resource management, benefits management or capacity management can seamlessly upgrade to the full PM3 product.
