Implementing PM3
Implementing PM3 is more than installing software and conducting some training.
We have many years experience of successfully implementing tools and processes within both public sector and public sector organisations.
Our approach is to work with you and treat the implementation as a change project. We conduct training in our outcome-driven planning approach and also in PM3. This is followed up by one to one mentoring which in our experience is the best way to get a change like PM3 adopted by your organisation and to make it stick.
Too many project planning tools are implemented in a perfunctory way without effective change management processes. Typically, these implementations focus exclusively on ‘implementing software’ and invariably fail resulting in wasted investment.
