Iain Aitken
Iain has over 20 years of IT consultancy experience gained as an independent consultant and with PricewaterhouseCoopers. His work has principally focused on managing and delivering projects to improve the economy, efficiency, effectiveness and value-added of large IT organisations. He was responsible for developing PricewaterhouseCooper’s international method and tools for IT performance improvement (ITM-PI). He recently published the book, ‘Value-Driven IT Management; Commercializing the IT Function’. Prior to his move into consultancy he worked for 10 years in various IT technical and management roles in industry. Iain is the chief architect for the products and services provided by Bestoutcome, and is responsible for the product roadmaps, delivery of product and product quality.
