Bestoutcome was founded in 2000. The company has enjoyed considerable success providing programme management, change management and a range of IT services to a distinguished set of blue-chip clients.
This success has been built upon an exceptional group of talented practitioners, all with experience gained in major consultancies, who have assisted some of the UK’s leading organisations by both managing major change programmes for them, and advising and training in best practice.
From our different experiences came a consistent view of the shortcomings of existing tools and methods. This has led to us developing an approach to project management called Outcome-Driven Project Management (ODPM) and a supporting software product, PM3, which was launched Q3 2007. Outcome-driven project management is an approach to managing technical and non-technical business change projects to maximise the business benefits. It is not a PM methodology but it is complementary to PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK, etc.
